Cancellation and refund:

If you cancel a StudioShare or fail to show up, any cancellation/no-show fees and potential refunds will depend on the service provider’s cancellation/no-show policy.

Some StudioShares cannot be canceled for free, while others can only be canceled for free before a deadline.

If you book a studio experience by paying in advance (including all price components and/or a deposit if applicable), the host may cancel the booking without notice if they cannot collect the balance on the specified date. If this happens, any non-refundable payments you have made will only be refunded at their discretion. It is your responsibility to ensure that the payment is made on time (that your bank, credit card, or debit card details are correct and that there are sufficient funds in your account).

If you think you will be late, please contact the host and let them know when they can expect you so that they do not cancel your StudioShare. If you are delayed, we are not responsible for the consequences (such as canceling your StudioShare booking or any fees the host may charge).

As the person making the booking, you are responsible for the actions and behaviors of everyone in the group.

Cancellation by guests:
If a guest cancels a booking, the following refund policy applies:

Cancellation 72 hours before the start date: Full refund. StudioShare’s service fee is refundable.

Cancellation less than 48 hours before the start date: No refund will be given. StudioShare’s service fee is non-refundable.

Guests may be entitled to a 50% refund of the accommodation fees or a credit if they cancel the booking at least 48-72 hours before check-in time. StudioShare’s service fee is non-refundable.

Cancellation by hosts:
In the rare event that a host cancels a booking, guests will receive a full refund, including any service fees, and will be assisted in finding an alternative location.

Refund processing time:
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the cancellation request.
Refund method:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.

Service fees:
StudioShare’s service fees are non-refundable, except in cases where both the host and the guest agree to a full refund, including service fees.

Rebooking:
a. If you wish to rebook your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
b. Rebooking requests may be subject to additional fees depending on the host’s policy.

When you make a StudioShare, you accept the applicable policies displayed in the StudioShare process.
