Manage your account
You are logged in, but now. you need to edit your account. Which studio should you book? Where is the podcast studio? Here’s how to update your profile, manage reminders (such as receiving email or SMS) (the SMS feature is coming soon) and change your password to help you set up your account just the way you want it.
Edit your personal information
Whether a host, guest or StudioShare is trying to reach you, it’s important to keep your account up to date. Once you’re logged in, go to your account to edit things like your email address or phone number. Please note that some of this account information will be public (such as your picture or first name), but we will not share things like your official ID, payment information, or email address.
Verify your information
Before you can complete a booking, a few things need to happen, e.g. your official ID and phone number, which needs to be verified. You can submit a copy of your official ID – which we do not share with hosts or anyone else – through the identity verification system. If you need to add and verify your phone number, go to your account and we’ll text you a code to complete the process.

Adding information to your profile can help foster the connection between hosts and you as a guest while building trust on our platform. Information you choose to share about yourself may be highlighted on the StudioShare platform for hosts and guests.

By default, your user profile includes key information that may vary depending on whether you are a host, guest, or both.
